Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or buy a plan from Data Echo Matrix.

Who you’re dealing with

Data Echo Matrix is operated by Mohamad Al Lakkis, a sole proprietor trading as Data Echo Matrix, based in Lebanon. Contact: mohamad@dataechos.com.

Services

Data Echo Matrix reviews recorded sales calls and customer conversations, identifies where buyers pull back, and provides reports and improved scripts. The current plans and add-ons, with prices, are listed on the Pricing page. Every plan includes review of 30% of your calls each month. Extra coverage can be added in steps of 5% of your calls.

English and Arabic calls are reviewed from the audio. French and Spanish calls are reviewed from transcripts, provided by you or through the Transcription add-on. Reports and scripts are delivered in English or Arabic, at your choice, and translation of scripts into French or Spanish is included in your plan.

Free sample audit

The free sample audit is a one-off review of one recorded call, followed by a walkthrough call. There’s no obligation to buy anything afterward.

Pricing and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in US dollars (USD) through Wise or Deel.
• Invoices are due monthly on the same day of the month your plan started. For example, if your plan starts on the 21st, each invoice is due on the 21st.
• If you send raw recordings without transcripts, transcription is billed as the Transcription add-on, per block of 10 calls, at the price listed on the Pricing page.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days’ written notice. Changes don’t apply to a minimum term that has already started.

Minimum commitment and cancellation

• Every plan has a 6-month minimum commitment.
• You can cancel at any time. If you cancel before the 6 months are up, an early-cancellation fee equal to one month of your plan applies.
• After the minimum term, the plan continues month to month until either of us cancels with two weeks’ written notice.

Confidentiality

We both sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any work begins. Your recordings, scripts, and business information are treated as confidential.

Recordings and consent

• You are solely responsible for obtaining all legally required consent from everyone on any call or conversation you share, under the laws that apply where you and your customers are located.
• By sharing a recording, you warrant that it was lawfully made and that you have the right to share it with Data Echo Matrix for review.
• I’ll only review recordings you confirm were lawfully made, and I may refuse or delete any recording where that’s in doubt.

How recordings are handled

Recordings are stored in an encrypted Google Drive folder you can access, reviewed only by Mohamad, and deleted monthly or sooner on request. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your materials and the work I produce

You keep ownership of your recordings and business information. Once paid for, the reports and scripts I write for you are yours to use within your business.

No guaranteed results

I’ll do careful, specific work, but sales results depend on many things outside my control, including your team, your market, and your product. I don’t guarantee any particular increase in close rates, revenue, or other results. Any figures shown on this site, including in the revenue calculator, are illustrations, not promises.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Data Echo Matrix’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid in the one month before the claim arose. Data Echo Matrix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost deals.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Lebanon.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don’t affect a plan’s terms already agreed in writing.
