Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains what information Data Echo Matrix collects, why, how it is stored, and the choices you have.
Who runs this site
Data Echo Matrix is operated by Mohamad Al Lakkis, a sole proprietor trading as Data Echo Matrix, based in Lebanon. For any privacy question or request, email mohamad@dataechos.com.
What I collect
- Diagnostic quiz. If you complete the free diagnostic, I collect the name, company, and email address you enter, and your answers to the three questions.
- Booking details. When you book a call through Google Calendar, I receive the details you provide there, such as your name, email address, and any notes you add.
- Call recordings and conversations. If you become a client or request a free sample audit, I receive the call recordings, transcripts, and chat or DM conversations you choose to share, for example through the upload form (a Google Form, which also records the details you enter there).
- Emails you send me. If you email me, I keep that correspondence.
- Anonymous usage data. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why I collect it
- To send you your diagnostic results and follow up about them.
- To schedule and hold calls with you.
- To deliver the services you’ve asked for: reviewing your recordings, writing reports, and improving your scripts.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages of this site are useful.
I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use your recordings for anything other than the work you’ve asked for.
How recordings are stored
Call recordings and conversations you share are stored in an encrypted Google Drive folder that you can access at any time. You can see exactly what is there.
Who can access it
Only Mohamad. There is no team and there are no subcontractors. Service providers that host the tools I use (Google Workspace for email, Drive, Calendar, and Forms, including the sample-call upload form; Vercel for this website; Web3Forms for the diagnostic form) process data on my behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How long I keep it
- Recordings are deleted monthly, or sooner whenever you ask.
- Quiz details and answers are kept until you ask me to delete them.
- Business records such as invoices are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights (EU and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your personal data.
- Object to how I process your data, including for marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, email mohamad@dataechos.com. I’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Wherever you are, you can ask me what I hold about you and ask me to delete it.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as page views, referring sites, country, and device type. It doesn’t set cookies or track you across other websites, so there is no cookie banner.
Data Processing Agreement
If your business needs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before sharing recordings, one is available on request. I’m trained in GDPR and HIPAA data-handling practices.
Recording consent
You are responsible for making sure everyone on a call you share consented to being recorded, as required by the laws where you and your customers are located.
International transfers
I work from Lebanon, and the tools I use may store data in other countries. Where required, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
